Multi Persona Indie Creative Record Label - founded by Essence Joy Collins: Currently Guilford County, From Southern Michigan, Currently North Carolina, United States; A multi‑persona digital creative record label founded by Essence Joy Collins, THEB unites music, manga, and digital performance into one interconnected creative ecosystem. Every project is guided by clarity, emotional precision, and human‑led direction. 🎛 Director‑Led Systems Rather than being “AI‑driven,” THEB is artist‑directed. Collins designs, writes, and produces each persona and soundtrack, treating technology as a responsive system under creative direction. Every decision begins with narrative intent and ends with emotional truth. 🎬 Hybrid Workflow THEB blends traditional artistry with digital tools and AI — used intentionally, like a filmmaker uses CGI — to refine and support the story, never to replace it. Technology accelerates execution so the focus stays on writing, worldbuilding, and emotional resonance. 🧠 Intentional Tooling AI is used much like a filmmaker uses CGI — selectively and in service of the story. The process is viewed as directing a system, not relying on automation.
